How can I order The Needs in the UAE?
Our online checkout is not open yet while UAE product registration is completed. In the meantime you can order on WhatsApp: send us the products you would like and our team will confirm availability, price and delivery details with you.
Do you deliver across the UAE?
Delivery across all seven emirates is planned at launch. When you order on WhatsApp, our team will confirm the delivery options and timing for your area before you place your order.
How can I pay?
Payment options are confirmed with you on WhatsApp when you place your order. When the online store opens, the available payment methods will be shown at checkout.
Are prices in AED and do they include VAT?
Yes. All prices for the UAE are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT. Until the online store opens, prices are shared on WhatsApp.
Are your products original?
Yes. Every The Needs product is formulated, filled and packed at our own facility, part of the Perfect Link group. To be sure you receive a genuine product, buy through our official channels or an authorised partner.
Are your products halal or cruelty-free?
Full ingredient lists are on every product page so you can check exactly what goes into each formula. For certification details, please contact customercare@theneeds.ae and our team will help.
Should I patch test before using a new product?
Yes, we recommend it for every new product. Apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm or behind the ear and wait 24 hours. If you notice redness, itching or irritation, do not use the product and seek advice if needed.
Which sunscreen should I choose, cream or gel?
Both offer SPF 60+ PA+++ protection. The Sunscreen Gel has a lighter, fast-absorbing texture that suits oily, combination and acne-prone skin and humid days. The Sunscreen Cream feels more nourishing and suits normal to dry skin, especially in air-conditioned spaces. Reapply every two hours outdoors.
How do I build a simple skincare routine?
Start with three steps: cleanse with a face wash for your skin type, apply a serum that targets your main concern, then moisturise. In the morning, always finish with sunscreen. Our kits and bundles bring together products that work well together if you prefer a ready-made routine.
Can I return a product?
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within the window stated at checkout. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it. Please contact customercare@theneeds.ae with your order details.
Do you offer wholesale or distribution?
Yes. We work with distributors, retailers, pharmacies, salons, spas and online marketplaces across the GCC, Middle East and South Asia, and we also offer private label. Visit our Partner page or email sales@theneeds.ae.
How can I hear when the online store opens?
