About the website

The website shares information about The Needs and its products. Product registration in the UAE is in progress and online checkout is not yet open. Until it is, orders are placed through WhatsApp, and product availability may change.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT. Until the online store opens, prices are shared on WhatsApp.
• An order is confirmed only when our team confirms it with you. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or details are incorrect; if you have already paid, we will refund you.
• We take care to keep prices and product details accurate. If we find an error that affects your order, we will contact you before going ahead.

Product information and use

Product descriptions, routines and tips are for general information and are not medical advice. Always read the label, follow the directions and patch test before first use.
